I’m absolutely loving having a footstool finally!

- It’s got storage in two compartments.
- Both pieces of the top flip over and can be used as a tray.
- or you can use it fully as a footstool.

This is our first Christmas in our home and I’m so excited.

I wish the upstairs looked as good as the downstairs even without it being decorated but it is what it is. Finishing your home takes time, money and patience.

Make sure this winter you don’t focus on what isn’t perfect yet and instead focus on the moments of calm and things that bring you joy as we settle in for cosy nights.

Things are improving with Daisy and Willow!

At first she didn’t know what to do with Willow, then she’s been chased by her and she’s defended herself. But lately we’ve witnessed Willow calmly sitting on the chair with Daisy on the back.

There’s still a way to go with them but as Willow learns to not be so excited she can’t contain herself, Daisy is accepting her presence more and more.

Christmas looks different to everyone but it doesn’t mean it shouldn’t be any less special depending on how you spend it or whether you celebrate it.

Willow can no longer steal our shoes!

We grabbed this cute cabinet from @ikeauk recently to store everything. We had been trying to find a suitable cabinet for months but they were all too tall or wide for the space. The two things that got in the way were the light switches and the radiator.

I would have loved a bigger unit that was flatter to the wall but this one fits the space perfectly and gives us loads of room on top to put our things when we get home.
